  • 要使用VPN，必需下載及安裝Client軟體，VPN需要透過軟體連線，並非在WINDOWS的系統裡設定
  • To use the VPN, you must download and install the VPN client software. The VPN connection must be established using the client software; it is not configured through the built-in Windows VPN settings.

  • 安裝client軟體，點擊下載的msi檔案，按下「Next」及「Close」，即可完成安裝
  • To install the client software, open the downloaded MSI file, follow the installation wizard by clicking "Next," and then click "Close" to complete the installation.

  • 安裝完成後Windows右下角出現「地球」圖示，對圖示按滑鼠右鍵
  • Once the installation is complete, the globe icon will appear in the Windows notification area. Right-click the icon to continue.

  • 另一個開啟方式是按下Windows「開始」，在開始功能表中找到「GlobalProtect」
  • Alternatively, click the Windows "Start" button and select "GlobalProtect" from the Start menu.

  • 開啟 GlobalProtect 介面，按下「開始」
  • Open the GlobalProtect interface, then click "Start" to initiate the connection.

  • 進入連線畫面，輸入入口網站，伺服器URL：vpn.ncu.edu.tw ， 輸入完按下「連線」
  • On the connection screen, enter the portal server URL: vpn.ncu.edu.tw. After entering the URL, click "Connect"

  • 正確連線後，會跳出輸入帳號/密碼畫面，請輸入Portal帳號/密碼
  • After a successful connection, a login screen will appear. Enter your Portal username and password.

  • 輸入正確後，連線建立成功
  • Once the correct information is entered, the connection is successfully established.

  • 在設定中，可以看到剩餘工作時間及分配IP
  • In the settings page, you can view the remaining connection time and the assigned IP address.

  • 使用結束後，請按「中斷連線」
  • When you have finished using the VPN, click "中斷連線"

  • 點選「登出」，可清除電腦上自動儲存之登入資訊
