Service Desk 已運作一段時間,謝謝大家的努力執行第一線的服務工作,相信你们的努力很多人都感受到了,你们身在第一線一定有很多的感受想法,請大家回覆一下你们的意見想法,讓我們一起越做越好,不管是Service Desk的設施(ex.旁邊的窗戶太陽曬進來很熱,燒錄的需求,印申請表的需求,穿服務背心..),執行第一線人員所遇到的困擾,服務內容(ex. 不知宿網的問題如何處理),或是聽到其它同學使用的經驗,不管是好的或壞的煩請每個人務必在下週五前寄Mail給我,你也可以直接書面寫好留在櫃臺(我也會留一些再利用的紙在Service Desk),煩請署名,以便進一步瞭解細節.<br />
請依下列項目留下你的意見:<br />
1. Service Desk的硬體設施(櫃台,燈,電扇,椅,電腦,指示牌...)<br />
